AC Aviators Youth Sports was founded on a simple belief: youth sports should be about more than winning games. They should be about building character, developing confidence, creating lasting friendships, and teaching lessons that extend far beyond the playing field.
Founded in 2026 by Colorado native, former collegiate football player, and father of four Matt Thomas, AC Aviators Youth Sports was born from a passion for coaching and a desire to create something meaningful for young athletes and their families.
Our mission is to provide a competitive, positive, and development-focused environment where kids are challenged to become the best versions of themselves—both as athletes and as people.
Through basketball, baseball, football, and beyond, we emphasize four foundational principles:
